Friday Update

Hello everyone,
It is great to be back fulltime at school. Believe it or not, I missed all of you and our students while I was out with my neck issue. It is easy to take all the blessings in your life for granted when you are not able to enjoy them. Thank you to everyone for your care, support, cards and prayers. They worked and I look forward to supporting you well so that we can finish the year strongly. Have a great weekend.

FYI/Reminders
- Tom Keener’s mother-in-law passed away on Monday. Please keep him and his wife in your thoughts and prayers.
- Please remember that if you have a need to leave campus during the day for any reason, you need to clear it with an administrator and sign out in the petty leave book. Thanks!
- We are sad to say that Joanne Baker is going to have to go back out on medical leave. Thank you to Mrs. Michelle Bryant who has helped us during Joanne's illness. We would like to welcome Mrs. Jan Barr who has been hired to help until Joanne is able to return. Mrs. Barr has over 15 years experience teaching in NC.

Staff Stars
-Thank you to everyone who was involved with getting ready for Literacy Night. It was wonderful to see your students actively showing the work that you do every day. Great job!
Ms. Ruth Dobson - Thank you for all that you do to keep our school clean and for looking out for Mr. Dodd.
