Friday Update
January 7th, 2011

I would like to renew my practice of having a ten minute conference with everyone on staff beginning this Monday, January 10th. Please sign up on the sheets outside my office door. These conferences will give me a chance to stay in touch with each of you, get your feedback on the year so far and also answer questions about the transition for next year. I look forward to hearing your views on how our school is doing and how we can make it better to finish the year well.

I would like for you to frame our conversations in the following way. Please be prepared to answer the following questions:
